Ms. Phyllis Allen McBeth passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at her residence. She was born May 27, 1950, in Kentucky to Adair Westover Allen and Clara Frances Compton Allen. She was employed as a Horse Groomer for Tampa Downs prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents.
