Christine Smith Armstrong passed away October 1st, 2019 at NHC in Pulaski, Tn. She was born in Red Oak, Tennessee on July 27, 1933 and was 86 years old.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend to all. She was a member of McBurg Methodist Church and retired from Maremont Gabriel. She loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, gardening, baking, her hummingbirds, watching the NBA, and her dogs.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 4th, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday, October 5th from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
The funeral Service will take place Saturday October 5, 2019 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Mark Brown officiating.
Burial will follow in Wright Cemetery, Lincoln County, Tennessee
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Armstrong, parents, Elzie Alan and Lillian Cleo Hamlin Smith, son, Kevin Armstrong, baby, Judy Carol Armstrong, and sisters, Frances Stevenson and Ellen Allen.
She is Survived by,
daughter, Sharon (Danny) Farr of Pulaski
daughter, Teressa Flye of Red Oak, TN.
grandchildren, Laura Farr of Pulaski, Megan (Jonathan) of Red Oak, Brian (Janye) Farr of Pulaski, and Randy Farr of Pulaski
great-grandchildren, Eli Giles and Tinsley Giles
Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
