One Dead After Two-Vehicle Accident Near Killen

KILLEN-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident near Killen that has taken the life of one person on Tuesday, September 24.  Names have not been released pending the conclusion of the investigation

“A two-vehicle crash at 7:35 a.m. today, September 24, 2019, has claimed the life of a Killen teen.

The 17 year old teen was killed when the 2007 Chevrolet Malibu she was driving was struck by a 2002 Ford F-150. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup was not injured.

The crash occurred at the intersection of CR-144 and CR-25, approximately 9 miles north of Killen. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
