DECATUR-On Tuesday, September 24 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a death to a pedestrian that occurred on Monday,September 23 in Morgan County:
“A single-vehicle crash at 7:58 p.m. Monday, September 23, has claimed the life of a pedestrian.
Isaac Barroso, 48, of Decatur was walking in the roadway on Old Moulton Road when he was struck by a 1995 Honda passenger car . The driver of the Honda was not injured and remained at the scene.
The crash occurred five miles west of Decatur. Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.”
