 Mr. Bart Frazier, 58, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro after an extended illness.

A native of Clermont, Florida, he was in law enforcement for 32 years, last employed with the Moore County Sheriff’s Department in Lynchburg, Tn.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, at Hazel Green Funeral Home at 2 PM with Bro. Eddie Canady officiating. Visitation will begin at Noon until service time.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28 beginning at Noon at Greenwood Cemetery in Groveland, Florida.

Survivors include his father, Ben Frazier of Tullahoma, his children; Brooke (Lee) Black of Cullman, Alabama, Shayne (Dustin) Currah of Tullahoma, Tn and Blake (Natalie) Frazier of Estill Springs, Tn. His Grandchildren, Connor, Peyton and Mason.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lavon Frazier and his brother Eddie Frazier.

Bart was a God-fearing man that dearly loved his family. He had a great sense of humor and loved westerns – especially John Wayne.
