Jo Anne Crawford Sealy, 85, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital. A native of Birmingham, she had lived in Huntsville for the last 46 years. Jo Anne was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be dearly missed. She was retired from the Huntsville City School System. Jo Anne was predeceased by her parents, G.W. and Rebecca Crawford of Birmingham. She is survived by her, husband James L. Sealy; sons, Larry Sealy (Cindy) and J. Aubrey Sealy; grandson, Shane Sealy; and granddaughter, Kristen Sealy Rose (Derek), all of Huntsville.
A funeral service will be held at Laughlin Funeral Home on Monday, September 23 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will be Tuesday, September 24, at 11:45 a.m. in Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
