FLORENCE-On Saturday, September 14 the Shoals Dragon Boat Festival was held at McFarland Park. The festival is held each year to help raise money for Shoals Scholar Dollars.
Fun was had by all and the event could not have been held on a more spectacular day…sunshine and smiling faces along with some hefty rowing. The Quad Cities Daily had fun mingling with the crowd and taking a few pictures along the way. Enjoy!
