Ted Dwight Middlebrooks, age 62 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Middlebrooks was born March 4, 1957 in Limestone County to K.C. Middlebrooks and Nella Rouse.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Middlebrooks; children, Cindy Gatlin, Pamela Middlebrooks, Dwight Middlebrooks, Daniel Middlebrooks and Wendy Middlebrooks; 4 grandchildren; 3 sisters; 2 brothers.
Preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
