Junior Edward Lane, age 88, of Town Creek, passed away on Wednesday, September 04, 2019 at his residence.
The visitation will 2:00 -3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 07, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Bobby Amos will officiate the service. Burial will be at King Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his sons, David Lane and Tommy Lane; and parents, Ed & Leona (Chaney) Lane.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 67 years, Margret Lane; grandchildren, Chris Lane (Carrie), Tina Burney (Richard); great-grandchildren, Jessica Tharp (Rikki), Samantha Lane (Allen), Austin Lane (Autumn), Jacob Hintz, Emily Lane, Abby Lane, Audie Hubbert (Alan), Aaron Hubbert (Julie), Christopher Lane (Haley); great-great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, MaKenzie, Branlynn, Bailynn, Jordan, Lilly, Daygan, Scarlet, Jediah, Ryder, Arabella; and a host of friends.
The pallbearers will be Austin Lane, JC Harvell, Rikki Tharp, Allen Bohannon, Christopher Lane, and Jim Myrick.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
