Frances Scoggin Neal Frances Neal of Pulaski passed away peacefully on September 2, 2019 at Ivy Crest Assisted Living in Pulaski. She was born on April 22, 1930 and was 89 years old.
Mrs. Neal was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend to all. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Pulaski, and retired from many years at Union Bank, Third National Bank and SunTrust Bank in Pulaski. She had a passion for grass cutting, loved to listen to Lawrence Welk TV Shows and talk on the phone to her friends.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 4th from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 5th at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with pastor, Tony Gomillion officiating.

Burial follows in Maplewood Cemetery, Pulaski, Tennessee.

Memorial donations are suggested to First Baptist Church, 408 South First Street, Pulaski, TN. 38478

She was preceded in death by her husband, John David Neal, parents, James Oscar and Ora May Glover Scoggin, brothers, Edward, Jimmy and J.O. Jr. Scoggin Sisters, Jane Sundeen and Dimple Barber.
She is survived by her
Daughter, Ann ( Todd ) Hughes of AL.
Son, Johnny (Susan) Neal of Pulaski
6 grandchildren, Seth, Claire and Allie Hughes, Dyan and Drew Neal and Shannon Shirey.
3 Great-grandchildren several nieces, nephews and many friends also survive.
