Whitehead (Evelyn) of Tishomingo, and James Whitehead (Bonnie) of Blue Mountain; a sister, Hazel Moxley (Bobby) of Tishomingo; his beloved grandchildren, Butler and Annissa, both of Tishomingo; his girlfriend, Kathy Hill; and many nieces and nephews.
