Jack Dale Brown, age 76, of Leoma, TN passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from the City of Lawrenceburg Police Department, and a member of Leoma Baptist Church. Mr. Brown served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Buie Brown of Leoma, TN; one daughter, Mandie Sanders (Terry) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Monte Brown (Stephanie) of Leoma, TN; one sister, Jean Shaffer of Lawrenceburg, TN; half-brother, John Meredith of Plant City, FL; half-sister, Linda Schaeffer of Newtown Square, PA; eight grandchildren, Colby Brown, Chaylee Brown, Calia Brown, Breanna Franks, Carly Smith, Dustin Garland, Drew Sanders, and Keelie Sanders; and four great-grandchildren, Zoe Brown, Aliyah Vaughn, Avery Franks, and Camden Smith.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 29, 2019, with David Simmerman officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors. Family suggests memorials be made to Leoma Baptist Church.
