Albert J KelleyMr. Albert Jackson Kelley, age 86, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019 at his residence. He was a Baptist and attended Cowboy Church-Colbert County and a member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Haleyville, he served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Visitation is Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 12 noon – 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Truman Sutton officiating. Burial in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his children, Darlene K. (Henry) Gautreaux, Cyndi (Richard) Hardy and Cyndi (Ricky) Layfield; special niece – more like a daughter, Charlotte (Kenneth) Kimbrough; sister in law, Delaney Mock; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin Kelley, Sr. and Beatrice Woodall Kelley; wife, Violet G. Kelley; daughter, Lisa Karen Kelley; 4 brothers and 5 sisters and 1 grandson Matthew Ryan Gautreaux..

The family wishes to give a special thanks to Charlotte & Kenneth Kimbrough and Delany Mock for all they did for Albert and Violet.
