Marty Allen Cleghorn of Arley, passed from this life on August 20, 2019 at the age of 56. Marty was born on July 15, 1963 to Alton and Bonnie Cleghorn.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will begin at 3:00 p.m. Terrance and Tyler Cleghorn and Vance Hutton will officiate.
Marty is preceded in death by his father, Alton Cleghorn and sons Joshua and Caleb Cleghorn. Marty is survived by his wife of 32 years, Paula Cleghorn; three sons, Terrance (Meleah), Tyler (Angel), and Tanner Cleghorn; three precious grandchildren, Brooklyn, Charlie, and Cain Cleghorn; his mother, Bonnie Cleghorn; his brothers, Tony (Julie) and Chuck (Jill) Cleghorn, and a host of family and friends.
Marty was a loving husband, father, Pop Pop, son, brother, and friend. Marty had a talent for bringing a smile to our face no matter what he was going through. He was a talented musician and a jack of all trades. He was quick to help anyone who needed it. He had a passion for family and loved his grandbabies with everything he had. Marty strove to live out his last days as a better Christian, husband, father, Pop Pop, son, brother, and friend.
