Tommy Joe Nelson, age 94, died August 16, 2019. A graveside service will be held at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens on Monday, August 19, at 10 a.m., Spry-Williams Funeral Home directing. He is a World War II veteran, having served in the United States Navy.
