Roy Smith, 69, of Huntsville passed away suddenly Saturday.
Survivors include his wife, of 47 years, Anne B. Smith; sons, Tadd Smith and wife, Stephanie Parker of Birmingham and Craig Smith of Ashville, NC; golden retriever and best buddy, George; brother, Paul (Angela) Smith; and nephews, Jay Paul Smith, Carter Smith, and Alex Smith.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Mac Mahon officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntsville Humane Society, 2812 Johnson Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35805.
