Mildred "Faye" AlexanderMildred “Faye” Alexander, age 73, of Culleoka, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center, with her family by her side.

Faye was born on September 6, 1945, in Columbia, Tennessee, to John and Annie Pearl Roberts Haskins. She was a 1963 graduate of the Culleoka School. Faye was married to the love of her life, Henry Thomas Alexander for 45 years until his passing on April 3, 2012. She was a member of Scribner’s Mill Church of Christ and a long-time employee of McDonald’s in Spring Hill. She was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. One of the ways she demonstrated her love was to “cook for an army”, spending Sunday’s around the dinner table with her precious family. Her two favorite hobbies were working word puzzles and crocheting. For her birthdays, she was always so happy to receive puzzle books and yarn.

Cherishing Faye’s memory are her children: Connie (Bart) Andrews of Columbia, John (Vicky) Alexander of Culleoka, and Stephanie (Brent) Watts of Lynnville; grandchildren: Timothy Jacob (Serra) Pruitt, Adam Dale Pruitt, Amber (Drew) Stofel, Jessica Nicole Watts, Justin Blake (Kelsey) Watts; great-grandchildren: Kaymin, Jessa, and Easton Stofel, and Emmalee and Daniel Watts; siblings: Mamie Osborne, Bud (Christine) Haskins, Ann Owen, and Joe (Shelia) Haskins; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: John Haskins and Annie Pearl Haskins; husband: Henry Thomas Alexander; and siblings: Maggie Campbell, Mary Frances Osborne, Margie Davidson, James Haskins and Jimmy Haskins.

Funeral services for Faye will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.

John Alexander, Brent Watts, Justin Watts, Jake Pruitt, Adam Pruitt, Drew Stofel, Bart Andrews and Robert Parker will serve as pallbearers.
