Mr. Kenneth “Kenny” David Fowler, age 63 of Athens, AL passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Fowler was born on December 14, 1955 in Decatur, AL to Wilton Fowler and Ozell Monk Fowler.
Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife, Debbie Fowler of Athens, AL; daughter, Monica Sweeney of Athens, AL; sister, Vicki Fowler of Georgia; brother, Tim Fowler of Cullman, AL and grandchildren, Brandon Tidwell and Riley Tidwell both of Athens, AL.
Mr. Fowler was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era.
Services for Mr. Fowler will be at 2:00PM on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Sardis Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Keenum, Jerry Clark and David Thomason officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM prior to the service. Burial will be in Sardis Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Lonnie McCutcheon, Steve Johnson, Allen Mann, Phillip Hampton, Jeremy Jarrett and Ray Ferguson.
