Billy Don BlackmanBilly Don Blackman passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, August 2, 2019. He was born in Portales, New Mexico on September 4, 1952 and was 66 years of age.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He loved the LORD! His childhood was spent on a farm in New Mexico. He was a rancher and a truck driver, loved animals, woodworking and exploring.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 4th from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will take place after visitation on Sunday, August 4th at 3:00pm followed by a full military service at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, A. J. and Mary Belle Wortham Blackman and a sister, Roxie Blackman Green.

He is survived by his,

Wife, Debra Blackman of TN.
sister, Katie (Burch) Gilkison of KS.

Son, Steven Kincannon, Jr. of TN.

Daughter, Alison Kincannon of AL.

Granddaughter’s, Kloey Kincannon and Liberty Carter.
Great-granddaughter, Aaleiyah .

Niece, Stephanie (Richard) Brown of New Mexico.

Nephew, Brian Green of TX.

Niece, Mary (Chip) Smith of KS.

nephew, Adam (Nichole) Gilkison of KS.

Nephew, Jeff (Theresa) of Green of TX.

Several cousins and friends also survive.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Billy Don Blackman.
