Two Dead In Separate Traffic Accidents

TENNESSEE VALLEY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency released a statement concerning two traffic accident one in Blount County and One in Morgan Count both accidents resulted in fatalities:

“A two-vehicle crash at 6:08 p.m. Monday, July 22, has claimed the life of a Danville man.

Russell Wayne Mizell, 83, was injured when the 2012 Toyota Camry he was driving collided with a 2001 Ford Mustang. Mizell was transported to Huntsville Hospital where he later died. The driver of the Mustang was not injured.

The crash occurred on Alabama Highway 24 six miles east of Decatur. Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.”

“A single-vehicle crash at 1:20 a.m. today, July 19, has claimed the life of a pedestrian.

A white female pedestrian was struck on County Line Road by a 2012 Chevrolet Impala driven by Roy Eldon Bullock, 40, of Locust Fork. The pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene, has not been identified. Bullock was not injured.

The crash occurred one mile east of Trafford. Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.”
