Mr. James Allen Gaskin age 58, of Jackson Lane, Oneonta, Alabama formerly of the Boaz area died Monday, July 22, 2016 at St. Vincent’s East Medical Center.
Service will be held Thursday, July 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McRae Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Mims officiating. Interment will follow in the Unity Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz is directing. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time at the funeral home.
Mr. Gaskin was born in Alabama on June 12, 1961 to J. M & Barbara Collins Gaskin. He was a retired Drywall installer.
Mr. Gaskin is survived by his Brother: Thomas Gaskin of Attalla, Nephew: Bradley Gaskin and Great Niece: Madi Gaskin. He was preceded in death by his Parents: J. M. & Barbara Gaskin, Wife: Tina Gaskin and Sister: Loretta “Rita” Luker.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Gaskin, Keith Gaskin, Butch Whitt, Verlon Oliver, Steve Talton and Rev. Ricky Maroney.
