Funeral service for Jack Landis Burns, 7, will be Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church with Bro. Jamin Grubbs officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church.
Jack passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Children’s Hospital. He was born September 7, 2011, in Madison County to Dustin Brent Burns and Lecia Hill Burns. Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents: Buddy and Cathie Keen and Johnny Burns.
