Phillip Nixon “Nicky” Wiggins, 66, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Russellville, AL and was a lab technician at Sunshine Mills for thirty-two years.

Services will be Friday, July 12, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. David Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife of forty-three years – Debbie Wiggins, Red Bay, AL; two children – Andy Wiggins (Mary) and Jenny Miller (Justin) all of Red Bay, AL; two grandchildren – Corilee and Johnathon; one sister –   Liz LaBorde (Don) Charlotte, NC and three sisters-in-law – Rena Wiggins, Breman, GA, Wanda McNeil (Sherrill) Red Bay, AL and Sophia Martin, Grenada, MS.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oval Woodrow and Zevie Sims Wiggins, a brother, Jimmy Wiggins and a brother-in-law, Harold Martin.

Pallbearers will be David Wiggins, Steve Wiggins, Shane McNeil, Tommy Townsend, Dustin Wilson and Justin Miller.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL.
