Louie Risner, 74, of Florence, AL passed away Wednesday, November 07, 2012. His funeral service will be held Friday, November 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Gladney officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery. The visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00–9:00 pm.
Mr. Risner was a member of Lindsey Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents Turner and Inez Risner, brother Bobby Risner, sister Florine Winborn and grandson Randy Creasy Jr.
Survivors include wife Virginia Risner, sons Louie Dewayne Risner, Robert Gene Risner and wife Tami) and Willie Turner Risner, daughter Lisa Diane Creasy and husband Randy, sisters Earline Clemmons and Christine Woods. There were 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mickey Clemmons, Myron Risner, Michael Risner, Joshua Risner, Sam Warden, and Jerome Risner. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Butler, Cory Belew and Glenn Butler.
