Rosemary Cook Bone Rosemary Cook Bone, age 75, passed away on July 4, 2019, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Rosemary was born in Columbia, TN, on April 26, 1944, to the late Thomas Hodge Cook, Jr. and Mary Rodgers Cook. She faithfully served our community as a teacher for 32 years at both Mount Pleasant Elementary and J. E. Woodard Elementary before retiring. Rosemary was married to Thomas D. Bone for 36 years who preceded her in death earlier this year. Rosemary was a Columbia Central High School graduate of the 1962 class. She holds a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Education from MTSU. Rosemary is a member of the West End Baptist Church in Columbia.

Survived by her son, Bryan Donald Bone of Columbia; brother: Thomas Hodge(Norma)Cook III; sister: Cindy (Mike) King. step-sons: Thomas Mike (Diane) Bone, and Joseph Todd (Michelle) Bone; Grandchildren: Breanna (Danny) Bast, Brandon Bone, Bailey Bone, Braylon Bone, Carson Bone, and Nolan Bone.

The family will visit with friends on Monday, July 8, 2019, from 4:00 until 7:00 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 10:00 AM with Pastor Mary Beth King officiating and her son Bryan Bone honoring his mother. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Mike King, Hodge Cook, Robert Snedegar, Carson Bone, Branson Stevens, Daniell Blair, Ryan Storey, and Robert Belew.
