Cesar Zatarain Avalos, age 19, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019.
He is survived by his father, Cesar Zatarain Gongales; his mother, Yuridia Avalos Garay; siblings, Estrella, AB, Brayden, Jayser; grandmothers, MA Ascencion and Rosario; and a host of friends.
The visitation will be 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 05, 2019 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. The mass will be Saturday, July 06, 2019. Burial will be at Spruce Pine Cemetery
The family ask for everyone to wear blue in honor of his memory.
