Nancy Gail Alred Allen,age 61, died on July 1, 2019. Visitation will be on Friday, July 5, from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm at Elliott Brown-Service Funeral Home with service to follow. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur.
Nancy was born to Coy Lee Alred and Laura Frances Spillers Alred on March 27, 1958. She was a a machine operator at International paper, formerly Union Camp. Since being widowed in 2012 she assisted her elderly mother and father.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Francis Alred Aldridge and husband Jimmy, Sons: Fred Lewis Clements and wife Alana Jo, and Lee James Clements and wife Sylvia. Eighteen Grandchildren, five great-grandchild. Sisters Dorothy Frances Frost and husband Rickie, and Kristi Lee Vance and husband Donald, Brother Joe Wayne Alred and wife Paula.
She is preceded in death by husband, Henry Newt Allen and mother Laura Spillers Alred.
