Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Sue Barker Mount, age 88 are scheduled for 2 PM on Tuesday July 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Sweet Lips Cemetery in Chester County. Mrs. Mount passed away on Sunday June 30, 2019 in Parsons, TN. Born August 25, 1930 in Chester County, to the late Eddie and Ida Brown Barker, Mrs. Mount was retired from I. Appel, attended Shiloh Baptist Church, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Mount, one son, Larry Mount, and a granddaughter, Kelley Atkins. Survivors include her sons, Roger Mount and Jeff Mount (Tabitha), daughter, Linda (Harold) Rushing, sister, Raymell Johnson, four grandchildren, Johnathan Burroughs, Jim Burroughs (Shreen), Haliey Smith (Johnathan), and Trevor Mount (Kelley), and five great grandchildren, Kimberly Chico, Candice Burroughs, Alayna Smith, Gracie Marie Mount, and Amber Atkins.
