Sebastian Christopher Hollis, newborn, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2016, at Madison Hospital.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2019 at Old Line Cemetery in Hodges, Al. Officiating will be Bro. Clint Holcomb.
He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Natasha Baldwin Hollis; grandparents, John and Sonyoung Baldwin and Marie Hollis.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donnie Ray Hollis.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
