Voting turnout reported heavy in The Shoals

THE SHOALS – Voting officials in Lauderdale, Franklin and Colbert Counties report that voting turnout is strong. The cite the intensity of the national election as driving voters to the polls, and also give credit to several important local races.

Probate Judge races in Colbert and Lauderdale are especially of interest to the electorate, as both counties are electing non-incumbents into these offices.

The Quad-Cities Daily will provide complete election recaps as the votes are counted.
