Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Horton Vestal, age 80, are scheduled for 2 PM, Saturday, June 29, 2019 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Vestal passed away Tuesday in Jackson. She was born October 11, 1938 in Henderson County to the late Joe Brody and May Etta McPeake Horton. She was retired from Johnson Controls and enjoyed being outside and her flowers. She loved her granddaughter and her dog “Toto”. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Gordon Vestal and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her son, Roger Vestal (Vicky) and her granddaughter, Allyson Vestal.
