Norma Frances “Fran” Neal born December 4, 1937 departed for her heavenly home on June 11, 2019 in Mandeville LA. She was formally from Florence. She was a CRNA retired from Florence Surgery Center. Visitation will be Saturday June 15, 2019 at 10:00 with service to follow at 11:00 at River Road Church of Christ. Officiating will be Brother Bruce Blankenship. She was a member of River Road Church of Christ.
Fran was survived by her Son Rick Rigsby and daughter in law Olivia, Two granddaughters, Jessica Ortner (Mike) Kendall Rigsby, one great grandson, Grey all from Mandeville, LA. Sister Betty Cornelius, nephew Nate Cornelius and many loved cousins and friends.
