Mrs. Anita Kay Spiller, 56, of Phil Campbell, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at her residence. She was a native of Phil Campbell and attended Northwest Shoals Community College on a basketball scholarship. During her 33-year marriage, she was a faithful mate and pastor’s wife to her pastor husband. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church #2, Haleyville.
Visitation with family and friends will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Merrell Potter officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
Mrs. Spiller is survived by her husband, Joe Spiller; mother, Jean Hutcheson; brothers, Gary and Steve Hutcheson and wife, Patsy; nieces and nephews, Scott Hutcheson and Julliet, Adam Hutcheson and Becka, Michelle Hutcheson and Amanda Smith; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Hutcheson.
