Marie Scott, 79, of Pocahontas, TN, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She was born in Middleton, TN on August 30, 1939 to the late S.D & Letha Rolison, was a homemaker and of the non-denominational faith. Marie will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Visitation is scheduled from 5-9 pm Monday, June 10, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home. A celebration of Marie’s life will be held at 10 am Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories officiated by Bro. Jetta Forsythe. Interment will follow in Old Enon Cemetery – Middleton, TN. Pallbearers include Josh Scott, Jeremy Scott, Justin Scott, Landon Smith, Tim Warren and John Mask. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Marie’s memory include her sons: Jerry Scott of Bethel Springs, TN, David Scott and wife Tracy of Buna, TX, and Bobby Scott and wife Torie of Middleton, TN; her grandchildren: Josh Scott (Tiffany), Jeremy Scott (Tanya), Justin Scott (A.J.), Savannah Rheude (Eric), Ashley Garrison (Shawn), and Heather Blackburn (Justin); 13 great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Geraldine Lowrance of Byhalia, MS, Jimmy Rolison (Judy) of Selmer, TN, Robert Rolison (Brenda) of Selmer, TN, Louise Mask of Corinth, Elizabeth Roten (Cliff) of Bethel Springs, TN, Bill Rolison of Selmer, TN, and Paul Rolison (Sherry) of Corinth; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
