Elfriede Rosamude Witt Russell, age 75, of Meridianville, AL passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at a local hospital. Mrs. Russell was born in Bavaria Germany to George and Margaret Witt. Before retiring, she worked for the Redstone Arsenal Commissary in Huntsville, AL.
Mrs. Russell was preceded in death by her husband James W. Russell and her parents George Witt and Margaret Herman Witt. She is survived by her son John E. Russell; daughter Carla Russell; brother Ewald Witt and grandchild Bailey. Mrs. Russell’s remains will be buried by her husband in a Knoxville, TN area cemetery at a later date
