Martha Louise Easley, 74, formerly of Florence, passed away after a sudden illness May 8, 2019 in Kentucky where she lived for 14 years. Martha was a loving mother and grandmother who built her life around her family.

She enjoyed crime dramas, QVC, and was an avid reader. She was a fabulous southern cook and enjoyed making meals for family gatherings.

She loved dancing, music, and was a great diver in her younger years. She had an affinity for butterflies and earrings that dangled.

She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by her loved ones. They take comfort knowing she has been reunited with her one true love, her husband of 30 years, Kenneth Easley.

Martha is survived by her sister, Dolores Foshee; children, Tara Hall, Cotaco Easley and Ken Easley; grandchildren, Tiffany Easley, Samantha Wallace, Anna Hall, Kiernin Easley, Nehemiah Easley and Max Easley; and great-grandchildren, Nathanial Hall and Jason Wallace.

In addition to her husband, Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Pearl Duerr; brother, Alfred Jr.; sisters, Bonnie Lou and Donnia Jean; as well as nephews, Scott Foshee and Wendell Brown.

Arrangements are by Greenview Memorial.
