David Guy Butler, age 41, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, May 08, 2019 at Russellville Hospital.
David was a devoted Alabama fan, and loved to fish and be outdoors. He was a loving husband and father, and most enjoyed playing outside with his grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, May 18, 2019 at West Highland Baptist Church in Russellville. His cremains will be buried in Ardmore Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Delong Cummings; grandparents, “Mama Jones”, David Long, and “Mama D”.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Juanita Butler; sons, Cory Butler (wife, Samantha), Brandon Butler (wife, Lillian), David Butler; grandchildren, Layla, Aaron, Royality, Grayson; father, David Long, step-dad, Thomas Cummings (wife, Judy); siblings, Aron, Wanda, Steven, Jacob, April, Lisa, Luke; mother-in-law, Nancy Stiles; and a host of nieces & nephews.
