Teresa Jane Frederick Hallman Hancock, age 51, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the memorial service following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jannie Faye Baker King; father, Troy Orbie Frederick; sons, Joey Dewayne Frederick, Larry Dale Hallman; and brothers, Michael Frederick and Nicky Jason Frederick.
She is survived by her son, Waylan BJ McClellan; daughter, Christie Deevon Juan; grandchildren, Jazmine Bianka Solis, Taliyah Aydriannah Juan, Whisperly Kataleyah Juan, Draven Malachi Jaxen Juan; siblings, Steve Frederick, Percy Earl King, Jr., Ronnie Frederick, Randall Frederick, Florina Chaney; and a host of nieces & nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
