James Thomas “Pete” Turnbow, 73, died May 14, 2019. Visitation tonight from 5 to 9 and Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at Shackelford, Collinwood. Burial will be in Shawnette Memory Gardens. He was the husband of Frances Dixon.
