Larry David Howard, age 72, of Tuscumbia, died Thursday, May 9, 2019. Visitation will be Sunday, May 12, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Monday, May 13, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tim Justice officiating. Interment will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Howard was born on October 29, 1946, to the late John Odell and Dellie Mae Lindsey Howard. He was the 1965 valedictorian of Cherokee Vocational High School, and furthered his education graduating from Memphis State University. Mr. Howard was retired from the Painters Local #1293. In addition to his parents, Mr. Howard was also predeceased by his sisters, Mildred Hester and Beatrice Puckett, and brother, Lloyd Howard.
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Kathy Boyce Howard; son, Eric Howard (Grey); Johnny Howard; sister, Linda Willingham; grandson, Nathaniel Howard; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brian Arnold, Josh Thompson, Chance McIntyre, Brandon McIntyre, Carl Thompson, Chris Rickman, and Joey Kuykendall.
