David P. Russo, 65, of Burnsville, MS, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at his residence. David enjoyed fishing and playing softball. He was a self-employed business owner and construction worker. He was a member of The Bridge at Burnsville, formerly Burnsville Pentecostal Church. His greatest joy was his family and enjoyed spending every moment he could with them. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2019 at The Bridge at Burnsville, formerly Burnsville Pentecostal Church, officiated by Bro. James Rich. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Richard Russo, Perry Mask, Gary Mask, Jeremy Barton, Lucas Russo, and Daniel Chappell. Honorary pallbearers include Jeff Lockler and Brett Carson. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at The Bridge at Burnsville, formerly Burnsville Pentecostal Church. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his significant other, Patty Moss; his daughters, Stefanie Carson (Brett) and Jessica Lockler (Jeff); his brother, Richard Russo (Beverly); his sisters, Ramona Gray (John), Rebecca Chappell, and Rhonda Russo; his grandchildren, Annslee Lockler, Griffin Lockler, Silas Lockler, Isabella Carson, and Piper Lockler; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Katie Russo; and his niece, Jamie Mask.
