Mrs. Helen Juanita Fowler, Phil Campbell, Alabama, passed away at her residence on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the age of 84. A lifelong resident of Franklin County, Alabama, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Visitation with family and friends will be Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Venlon Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery at Liberty Hill.
Mrs. Fowler is survived by her children: Dennis Steward, Patrice Scott, and Jeff Fowler; grandchildren, Maggie Fowler, Hannah Vincent, Trevor Scott, Laci Beth Scott; great grandchildren, Benjamin Vincent and Brinlee Scott; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by spouses Cecil Steward and Jimmy Fowler; son, Donnie Steward, and parents, Ellis and Mabel Tucker Adams.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
