Roy Lee Welch, 62, died April 10, 2019. Visitation will be Friday from noon to 2 p.m. at Spry Memorial Chapel. Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Belgreen Cemetery. He was the father of Mandi and Aaron Welch.
