Helen Ruth Paris passed in peace on April 9, 2019. A private burial will be at the Pisgah First Methodist Church Cemetery. She was born in Roswell, New Mexico on January 6, 1937. She was preceded by her loving husband, A.W. Paris, Jr.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Pamela Paris, Cynthia Burkhead and Melanie Copeland, and sons-in-law, John Burkhead and Mark Copeland. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Joshua Scanlan, Daniel Scanlan, Alex Paris, Trey Copeland, Cristi Burkhead, Stephen Burkhead and Ryan Copeland; her two great-grandchildren, Olivia Van Hoff and Jonathan Burkhead; and her siblings, Tyree Minton, Betsy Savoie and Debbie Clark.
