Jerry Wayne Jowers, age 74 of Athens, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Jowers was born September 28, 1944 to Hollis Jowers and Lena White Jowers.
Funeral services for Mr. Jowers will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with George Whitten officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 12:00 until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Jowers; son, Kevin Jowers (Bobbie); step son, Brett Robinson (Amanda); 10 Grandchildren; 9 Great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; son David Wayne Jowers.
