Virginia Ann Dulaney Wise – Obituary

 Virginia Ann Dulaney Wise, 65, died Friday, March 23, 2019 at North Miss. Medical Center after an extended illness. Born in Vardaman in Calhoun County on March 10, l954 to the late Roy Dulaney and Pearlie Pettit Dulaney, she grew up in Houston graduating from High School there in l972. Ann was a homemaker most of her life and kept children in her home. She was “Mamaw Ann” to her grands and to many children she kept over the years. A great cook, she had a passion for reading but her greatest devotion was to her family. She was a longtime member of Bethany Church of God of Prophecy.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 7 PM Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the Okolona Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Pastor Jim Jackson and Bro. Randy Rienhart officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 5 PM- service time on Tuesday only.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Wise of Okolona; 2 daughters, Tracy Wise Lauderdale (Stewart) of Shannon and Crystal Wise Measner (Tim) of Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Her grandchildren, Blake Lauderdale, Allison Lauderdale, Mary Catherine Lauderdale and Kaylen Ann Measner. A sister, Sandra Globus (Jeff) of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif and a brother, Jerry Dulaney (Bobbie) of Houston; sisters in law, Donna Wise (Gib), Kathy Hickman (Ray) and Judy Ward (Terry); a brother in law, Donnie Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister in law, Sharon Jones.
