William Ray McPeak of Summertown passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. He was born in Bland, Virginia on April 29, 1942 and was 76 years old. He loved his family, was a United States Army Veteran, retired from Arvin Meritor, was of the Baptist Faith, was a member of American Legion Post 63 in Lawrenceburg and loved his pets.
Visitation will be 11:00am until 2:00pm Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm Sunday, March 17, 2019, in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Burial with full military honors will follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles William and Ida French McPeak, brothers Clinton Gulser, Marshall McPeak, Charles McPeak,Jr. Sisters, Marie Biltter and Goldie Sloan.
He is survived by his,
Wife of 58 years, Martha Mae Donohue McPeak of Summertown
Son, Marshall McPeak of AL.
Son, William Ray McPeak, Jr. of Summertown
Daughter, Crystal McPeak (Allen) Coffman of Summertown
Son, Evan (Linda) McPeak of AL.
Grandsons, Michael Wayne (Hope Layne) Coffman of Leoma and Bradley (Andera) Coffman of Lawrenceburg
Brothers, Leonard (Brenda) McPeak of Ohio and Michael (Kathy) McPeak of Ohio
Sister, Mavine McPeak of Ohio
Great-grandchildren, Haylee Coffman and Colton Coffman
Several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends also survive.
