Alvis Wooldridge – Obituary

Alvis Wooldridge, 82, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the Meadows in Fulton. He was born January 25, 1937 to the late Johnny Wooldridge and the late Evie Smith Wooldridge. He worked mostly at Penn Tire Company for many years of service. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Services will be 3:00 pm on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at Friendship Baptist Church with Bro. Ray Guin and Bro. Mark Tutor officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday March 12, 2019 also at Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will be in Stephens Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Robbie Wooldridge of Mantachie; sons: Darrell (Cassandra) Wooldridge of Marietta, Donnie (Tammy) Wooldridge of Mantachie; daughters: Cathy (Tommy) Lesley of Mantachie, Amy (Mario) Bejarano of Mantachie, Angie Wooldridge of Mantachie, and Jennifer Wooldridge; sister, Laverne Moore; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild; and special caregiver/granddaughter, Brandy Waddle.

Preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Kim Steele, brothers: Otis Wooldridge, Leroy Wooldridge, Earnie Wooldridge, sister, Leavee Guin.

Pallbearers are Eddie McGee, Dustin Floyd, Blake Wooldridge, Jacob Wooldridge, Brady Parker, Jonah Wooldridge, Chris Young
