When community members come together to clean up our city, it makes a clear statement that we LOVE our city! We hope to have hundreds of volunteers, and we need your help.

On Saturday, March 16, Mayor Holt, City Council members, Keep the Tennessee River Beautiful, volunteers, Florence city employees, organizations,

Mayor Steve Holt

and businesses will team up to target street rights-of-way that are heavily littered.  Volunteers will meet in the Florence-Lauderdale Coliseum parking lot or previously designated areas from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.

“Last year 9,460 lbs. of trash was collected from streets and waterways.  Thank you for caring enough to make a difference on a Saturday morning. We need your help to continue to work together toward “no litter”! – Mayor Steve Holt
