Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the First Seventh-day Adventist Church(1303 Evangel Drive Huntsville, AL 35816) with Pastor Debleaire Snell officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Memory Gardens. Mr. Goins will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
The Goins family will receive guests from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2019 at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2019 and 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Royal Funeral Home
